The Northern Smokers Deluxe is a modified Weekender that adds a rib box for extra surface area. On this particular smoker model you can smoke a whole pig or a barrel full of pork butts/shoulders, while at the same time loading the rib box with ribs. Or you can use the rib box as a warming area. In addition, the Deluxe comes with a built-in storage box at the front of the smoker trailer. Load it up with your charcoal, firewood or cooking supplies. It is now also available with a 6' smoker tank, increasing the width of the cooking area by 10".
